A-SAFE offers a dynamic warehouse shift supervisor role in Elland. The role involves leading a team, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and compliance. The position follows a continental 4 on/4 off shift pattern.

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily targets while maintaining a positive, safety-first culture.
• Ensure quality and compliance by overseeing picking, packing, and labelling processes and addressing any non-conformance issues.
• Keep operations on track by delegating tasks, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining accurate inventory and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Champion safety and housekeeping standards across the warehouse, ensuring a clean and organised environment at all times.

• Strong experience working in a busy warehouse role, including team leadership and FLT driving.
• Previous experience managing teams in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and keep operations running smoothly.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Good numeracy and IT skills, with experience producing routine reports.
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/Level 4 or equivalent).
• Willingness to work on a continental 4 on 4 off shift pattern (rotating days and nights).
