Cogent Staffing are recruiting for experienced Order Pickers/Warehouse Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis. The role involves scanning, packing, and inventory control on a 4 on/4 off 12-hour shift pattern (days then nights). After 12 weeks, pay uplifts and potential permanent contract.
Must have picking experience in fast-paced environments, be able to commute to Elland for 7am starts, and work rotating day/night/weekend shifts. Training and progression are provided by Cogent Staffing.
