The Campus Visits Manager will lead programming, serving prospective students, parents and families who have interest or need assistance in discovering all that Central Washington University (CWU) and the region has to offer. This position requires exceptional customer service and communication skills to serve all internal and external departments and/or constituents of CWU. The position is responsible for managing a comprehensive campus visitation program focusing on the recruitment goals of CWU while working with prospective students, parents, administrators, faculty, and staff.

The role will also work directly with the Director of Early College Outreach & Campus Visits, staff members from Campus Visits, Early College Outreach, the Office of Admissions, and other campus partners in various capacities related to new student recruitment and outreach.

Manage a comprehensive campus visitation program to support recruitment goals.

Coordinate with admissions, outreach staff, faculty, and campus partners to plan and execute campus visits.

Serve prospective students, parents and families, providing detailed information about CWU and the surrounding region.

Maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Experience coordinating visit programs or event management (desired).

Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and maintain organization.
