ExternalJob Description
- Provides personal caregiving services according to an established care plan
- Assists with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Prepares meals and manages special diets
- Performs general housekeeping activities
- Administers medications delegated by a nurse, with proper certification and licensing
- Provides passive Range of Motion exercises (credential required)
- Assists with taking vital signs for informational purposes
- Provides transportation assistance and compassionate companionship
- Performs other duties as assigned
- HS/GED preferred
- Caregiver License (HCA/CNA) required, renewed annually
- Ability to meet background requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible handling of confidential information
