We are seeking a dynamic Estates & Facilities Coordinator to join our busy team, predominantly based at our Ellesmere Port campus. This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable individual to make a difference in the Estates & Facilities department across all three campuses.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule and maintain the College's Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program across all campuses.
  • Monitor statutory inspections and compliance activities including fire safety, legionella, gas, electrical and lifting equipment.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and certification.
  • Arrange and coordinate contractor works, including quotations, purchase orders and site access.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed to specification and budget.
  • Promote the welfare of children and young people.
Key Person Specification Requirements
  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Evidence of continued professional development in Estates & Facilities administration of compliance.
  • Experience in Estates, Facilities, or Property related administrative or co‑ordination roles.
  • Knowledge of PPM programmes and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • This role will require travel to other sites and therefore a full current driving licence, use of a car and insurance for business purposes are essential to this role.
