The Best Connection Group Ltd. is recruiting for a Transport Administrator for our established client based in Ellesmere Port. This is an ongoing position with opportunities of a permanent contract following a successful period with the client.

Duties Include

Coordinate and administer daily transport schedules and delivery plans.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle movements, and driver activities.
Process delivery notes, orders, invoices, and transport documentation.
Be the on-site point of contact for the drivers.
Monitor vehicle servicing schedules, MOTs, inspections.
Investigate and report delivery discrepancies, incidents, and customer complaints.
Provide general administrative support to the Transport Supervisor and wider operations team.
Support compliance with health, safety, environmental, and dangerous goods regulations relating to transportation.
Order input and order receipt.
Resource Scheduling.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday
08:00-16:00

Good attention to detail is required. Candidates should have a background in transport admin or similar roles.

Immediate starts available following a successful registration and interview.
