• High starting salary:

• You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Maintenance qualifications
• Delivery:
  Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of electrical maintenance qualifications.
• Mentorship:
  Provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
• Focus:
  Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
• Environment:

• Occupational experience:
  Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Electrical Engineering or Electrical Industrial Maintenance (within a production / manufacturing / plant environment)
• Technical qualification:
  Mandatory Level 3 Electrical related qualification.
• Soft skills:
  
  Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
• Compliance:
  This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
