You will join the founding leadership team and own the engineering and reliability strategy from day one, guiding hot commissioning and early operations toward world-class maintenance performance.
You’ll lead a lean team, implement RCM and TPM, establish a CMMS, and drive a high planned-to-unplanned ratio while ensuring safety, compliance, and strong collaboration
