Finance Graduate

Purpose of the Role

The Finance Graduate Scheme is a structured development programme designed to provide exposure across key finance functions. The graduate will support the Ellesmere Port UK Manufacturing Plant finance team in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial information.

As a Finance Graduate, you will be responsible for consolidating the individual production shop forecasts and results and creating consolidated reports of the plant, providing controlling support to their Business Unit Finance Controller, other Plant Management and the European Manufacturing consolidation team.

• Controlling team with 2 shop controller day to day reports (excluding their HR responsibility)
• Manage/support the monthly and annual closing processes and reporting requirements. SAP (financial accounting) and Anaplan (management accounting and KPI reporting).
• Manage/support the weekly flash forecasting, monthly Estimate and monthly actuals reporting
• Produce payroll accruals and labour cost centre reporting.
• Reviewer of non-manufacturing expense external invoices and allied invoices
• Regular and ad-hoc reporting to Plant Management (e.g., monthly financial results, financial impact of volumes and shift pattern changes in plant, make or buy/value for money studies)
• Identify/support additional revenue streams
• Central inventory management team liaison, i.e., for month end close reliability reporting support
• Process improvement/ensure strong financial reporting controls

• a 2:1 grade, in a finance-related degree and will have completed your degree prior to your first day at Stellantis.
• have a minimum of Grade B or above, in Maths GCSE.
• should be studying towards or planning to study for a recognised professional accounting qualification.
