Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has achieved consistent double-digit growth over recent years and continues to invest heavily in its future expansion plans.
Based on the Wirral you will play a pivotal role in supporting commercial decision-making across the business, partnering closely with Sales, Commercial and Operational stakeholders.

Job Duties:
Act as a trusted finance business partner to Commercial, Sales and Operational teams.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
Prepare insightful variance analysis and reporting on key financial and operational metrics.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, investment decisions and scenario planning.
Monitor and analyse KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to drive performance.
Drive margin improvement initiatives and cost optimisation projects across the business.
Challenge and influence key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Support strategic projects and business improvement initiatives as the company continues its growth journey.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and financial controls across the organisation.
Who will I report in to?
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Interviews will be taking place as soon as suitable candidates are identified.
Ideal Experience
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience.
Previous experience within a commercial finance or finance business partnering role.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial reporting systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to drive change and business improvement initiatives.
Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience gained within manufacturing, FMCG or a related commercial environment would be advantageous.
