Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Waking Nights Support Worker to join the team at Rivacre House based in Ellesmere Port, CH66 1LZ
. Salary: £12.60 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • As a Support Worker, you will work with adults living with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centred basis.
  • You will ensure that residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care, and you'll help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of activities.
  • You will work waking nights and be responsible for providing excellent care to your residents.
  • Your duties will include administering medication, carrying out personal care tasks, conducting security checks, and performing domestic tasks.
  • You will play a vital role in ensuring that your residents are safe, comfortable, and most importantly happy.
  • This is a truly rewarding role that requires energy, compassion and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications
  • It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role.
  • On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
