The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
The Mental Health Access Team West & Central have an opportunity to recruit three full time Team Administrators to support the West locality. You will work within a multidisciplinary team completing a variety of administrative tasks to support the team.
You will need to be a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.

ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will be expected to provide a high standard of comprehensive administration service including:
- processing of referrals
- making and receiving calls to service users and other personnel
- booking appointments and maintaining nurses diaries
- accurately recording onto the patient records system
- typing of correspondence
- supporting the team with other appropriate admin tasks.
The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated. This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical team.
