What you will do:
  • Engage with children and their families to assess their needs, offering early intervention and encouraging improved family dynamics.
  • Assist in identifying specific requirements and deliver tailored support plans to help prevent escalation into child protection.
  • Take charge of your caseload by developing and implementing effective support plans.
  • Monitor progress closely to guarantee that families receive the most suitable services, adapting and enhancing the support as necessary.
  • Aid in assessing family needs and potential risks. Work collaboratively with children and parents or guardians to develop support strategies that address their unique situations.
  • Actively interact and collaborate with multi‑agency teams including schools and health services, to ensure a seamless delivery of integrated support.
  • Lead by example and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues. Share your expertise to promote best practices within the team.
