Production Manager

In this instrumental role, you’ll be leading high‑performing teams with a hands‑on approach, ensuring SOPs are effective, ways of working are efficient and sustainable, and quality is at a high standard. You will provide support and mentorship regarding Continuous Improvement, lead projects end to end, and cultivate team buy‑in and accountability.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across production, implementing Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Driving productivity, reducing waste, and managing costs related to waste control, resourcing, and materials.
• Maintaining audit standards relating to BRCGS, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and SMETA Sedex.
• Co‑ordinating with crews across day and night shifts to align on priorities and provide consistent visibility.

• Hands‑on approach to production with proven experience delivering CI.

• Robust experience in delivering significant changes or transformation projects for production or manufacturing environments.
• Background in FMCG or converting due to the fast pace of our operations.
