Russell Taylor Group is seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement & Training Manager in Ellesmere Port to drive operational excellence and develop our people. In this hands‑on role you will lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S initiatives, build training programmes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
You will coach managers, monitor KPIs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve targets while ensuring regulatory, quality and health & safety standards
