• Prepare a varied set of quality menus for residents in collaboration with the Chef Manager
• Promote and monitor food hygiene and safety standards, carrying out risk assessments and maintaining a clean kitchen to a high standard
• Interact daily with residents, visitors and colleagues; friendly, approachable and passionate
• Work within a catering environment and possess a valid food hygiene certificate
