• Conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Operate a point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Stand during scheduled shifts and lift/manipulate 11–35 kg.
• Perform bending, stooping, twisting, and extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math and reading comprehension.
• Passion for fashion and an interest in the latest trends.
