As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff, ensuring that store operations run smoothly and that every customer leaves happy. Your duties will include:

• Supervising and training team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Managing daily store operations to maximize sales and efficiency.
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service.
• Assisting with inventory management and orders.
• Resolving customer issues and providing expert advice on products.
• Motivating and supporting staff to achieve store targets.

Pro Cook experiences high turnover and generates over £2 million in sales. It is a very busy environment, so only apply if you are comfortable working in such a setting.

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• A customer‑centric approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Understanding of retail sales principles and processes.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management.
• A passion for cookware and kitchen products is a plus!

• Salary: £26,863 per year.
