Position: Customer Assistant - Food (Through The Night) - Cheshire Oaks

Through remarkable service you ll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.

Responsibilities
  • Thrives in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest, and contributes to driving sales.
  • Uses digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and ensure products are available when customers need them.
  • Maintains a positive, high-energy team environment and supports colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Is flexible to work across various areas of the store and adapt to changing retail demands; no two shifts look the same.
  • Engages frontline with customers, providing knowledgeable product information and proactive service.
