Full-Time Keyholder, HOKA - Location

Our Keyholders are critical to the success of our stores. In this role, you will create personalized shopping experiences, address customer questions accurately, communicate return policies, maintain a positive and cheerful attitude, promote the store and brand image, adhere to the dress code, and provide exceptional service both in‑store and over the phone.

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers.
• Ensure all customer questions are answered accurately and promptly.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including effective communication of return policies.
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude and promote the store and brand image.
• Adhere to dress code and be personally available to all customers and phone callers.

• Ensure the highest level of customer service possible.
