We are looking for a fearless, commercially aware Deputy Store Manager to help lead and inspire the team at our fast paced & exciting Oxford Circus store.

As Deputy Store Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager, taking a proactive leadership role in driving commercial success, operational excellence, and team development. You’ll lead from the front, embedding a coaching culture, and ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional and unforgettable experience. You’ll also play a key role in executing long-term strategic objectives and ensuring the continuous growth of Dr.Martens.

Deputy Store Manager – Cheshire Oaks Outlet
  • Own and lead all stock and inventory operations, ensuring exceptional accuracy, availability and stock flow to maximise sales opportunities, minimise loss and support a positive customer experience.
  • Create and maintain a highly organised, efficient back-of-house operation that supports high trading volumes, rapid replenishment and operational excellence.
  • Drive strong stock discipline across the store, coaching and developing the team on inventory processes, replenishment standards, loss prevention and commercial stock management.
  • Act as a keyholder and trusted leader, confidently stepping into full store leadership when required and supporting the wider management team in delivering store performance.
  • Partner closely with Store Manager / Regional Manager / Merchandising to ensure stock levels, allocations and merchandising support commercial objectives, promotional activity and customer demand while maintaining brand standards.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor, leading by example in customer service, supporting peak trading periods and ensuring every customer receives an engaging and seamless Dr. Martens experience.
  • Drive operational excellence that enables an efficient, well-stocked and customer-focused shopping experience, ensuring product availability never becomes a barrier to conversion.
