Permanent, Full-time Valoris Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing UK manufacturer and installer of high-efficiency air source heat pump systems. You'll attend pre-qualified appointments with homeowners already interested in installing an air source heat pump, allowing you to focus on delivering a consultative sales process and closing business. Current consultants convert around two-thirds of appointments, with established performers earning £2,000 to £4,000 per month in commission.

The Role Attend warm, pre-arranged customer appointments, understand their requirements, present suitable renewable heating solutions and secure sales. Build trust through a consultative approach, explain costs, savings and available grants, complete sales documentation and manage follow-up activity. Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate with internal teams and manage your regional diary while achieving sales and customer service targets. Requirements Proven field, direct or in-home sales experience with a strong track record of closing warm leads.

Confident selling higher-value products with excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.

Experience with in renewables, heating, boilers, solar PV or home improvements is advantageous. Full UK driving licence required. Package £26,500 to £32,000 basic salary. Realistic OTE of £60,000 to £65,000 with uncapped commission. Warm qualified appointments provided with no self-generated lead requirement. Full product training, technical support and genuine career progression within a growing renewable energy business.
