We are partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion house to recruit two part-time Sales Associates for its Cheshire Oaks store.

• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience to every client.
• Build and maintain a loyal client book through proactive clienteling.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maximise sales through confident cross-selling and upselling.
• Support CRM and client data-capture initiatives.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Uphold impeccable visual merchandising and store standards.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, deliveries and inventory.
• Work collaboratively to achieve overall business goals.

• Previous experience within luxury or premium retail is essential.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
