* About the role:

** This role is to support our brand new client, a 4 year old little boy with complex health needs, in his family home in Flint when he returns from hospital (initially you will need to do shifts in Rhyl hospital). Our client has an acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feed.

You will be required to stay awake overnight to support and monitor him.
** When you will be working:**
* ** Waking Nights**
* ** Part time or Full time available, depending how many nights a week you are looking for**
* ** Weekdays and Weekends available**
* ** In this role you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client
