Northwood is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations across our warehouse and production environments. This permanent role operates on double day shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm) and focuses on safety, stock movements, and efficient storage.
You will support the Warehouse Manager, supervise Finished Goods and Raw Materials, and help recruit and develop a high-performing team while ensuring continuous improvement in ERP/WMS processes.
