Pay: up to $35 hourly based on experience

• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
• Inspect, repair and diagnose the following systems: brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, coolant systems
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay informed of rapidly changing automotive technology
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Maintain expected standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping; use protective equipment when operating machinery and manual tools
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license
• Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension
• A5 Certification in Brakes and State inspection licenses and/or MAC certified

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to cover business operational needs; stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to use technology and various applications to support correct diagnostics
• Utilize tools, skills, and product knowledge to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines

• ASE Reimbursement with Pay Increases (including brakes, electrical, AC and heating, engine performance, engine repair)
