- Provide chairside assistance to doctors during a variety of dental procedures
- Ensure patient comfort and confidence before, during, and after treatment
- Take, process, and mount digital X-rays (radiology certification preferred)
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory
- Support front-office and back-office team collaboration to enhance patient flow
- Help create a positive, energetic, and caring patient experience every day
- Dental Assistant certification (Expanded Functions a plus)
- X-ray certification (preferred; required for higher pay tier)
- 1+ year of experience in a dental office
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification ($18–$25/hour)
