Maryland School for the Deaf invites applications to establish a pool of qualified substitute teachers for the school year (Sept 2026–Jan 2027). Based at the Columbia Campus in Ellicott City, MD, substitutes are needed to support lesson plans and student supervision as needed.
Requirements include a high school diploma with 60 college credits (or former Howard County teacher), and fluency in American Sign Language and written English.
