Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences? Morgan Wealth Advisory Group, a Private Wealth advisor practice of Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Client Service Specialist/ Paraplanner to join our dynamic financial advisory practice.
This is a key, client-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a long-term career within a collaborative, team-oriented firm.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, personable, and capable of managing multiple priorities with confidence and independence.
Responsibilities:- Prepare advisor for prospective and existing client meetings by briefing upcoming meetings and staying ahead of necessary to-dos. Follow through on post-meeting client service action items
- Work directly with clients to execute service needs including: account openings, transfers, account updates, and other advisory requests from advisor and/or clients.
- Prepare and update financial plans, investment allocation models, insurance proposals, and client meeting presentations.
- Manage and oversee estate settlement activities, ensuring accurate processing, timely follow-up, and a high level of client service throughout the transition.
- Support the client meeting process by providing necessary documentation and insights during client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, status updates and upcoming client opportunities in CRM.
- Execute other administrative tasks and other team-wide duties as needs arise.
- Work closely with the advisor to ensure client relationships run smoothly and efficiently.
- Contribute to practice initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Additional responsibilities may be added over time based on team needs and career goals, including exposure to planning support or research activities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in client service, administrative, or operations support (financial services experience strongly preferred).
- Licensed (Series 7, Series 66);
Maryland Life & Health Insurance license preferred or ability to obtain within nine months. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
, with strong interpersonal skills. - Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

- Strong candidates will be self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Compensation: $26 - $33/hr., depending on experience
- Non-Exempt
