Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating residents' occupational needs and developing treatment plans based on physician orders
• Implementing treatment plans through direct therapy and staff education
• Supervising COTAs as necessary
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to share clinical findings and make recommendations
• Opportunity to serve at multiple locations, addressing diverse resident needs
