Join Linwood Center, Inc. as a Behavior Specialist (BCBA) at Linwood School. We offer a $7,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000.

The Behavior Specialist will develop and implement assessment and intervention methods for students, integrate Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with special educators, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and social workers.
• Provide training and support to instructional and support staff.
• Develop and manage data collection systems.

• Master's Degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, or related discipline preferred.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or comparable.
• Minimum of two years of experience in implementing behavior analysis services for individuals with autism.
• Ability to communicate with and provide direct assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities.
