DAS Services is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist (Journeyman level) to support software development projects by developing and implementing configuration management (CM) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software configuration auditing, version control, and baseline management, along with hands-on experience using CM tools and scripting.

• Develop and maintain Configuration Management (CM) Plans
  .
• Audit software change procedures, development, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with CM plans and procedures.
• Participate in design reviews
  , configuration audits, and software product evaluations.
• Ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of software baselines across systems.
• Manage code repositories, conduct audits, and support documentation control for software projects.
• Utilize CM tools such as JIRA, Puppet, Confluence, Git Hub
  , and scripting languages to automate processes.
• Support and enhance CM practices within Dev Sec Ops  and Agile environments.

• Security Clearance: Active Secret required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or other relevant Engineering or Technical discipline

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant CM experience within the last 4 years.

    ).
  • Experience with scripting for automation and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Sec Ops environments.

• Familiarity with federal or defense software development and CM standards.
• Understanding of secure code development and related compliance requirements.
