Overnight Kitchen Team Member

Join our Kitchen Team at Dash In in Ellicott City, MD!

Must be available to work from 10 pm to 6 am.

• Adhere to top‑notch food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain prep levels to ensure freshness for guests.
• Keep prep station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Manage incoming goods, ensuring proper storage.
• Maintain a sparkling kitchen appearance.
• Engage with guests while preparing food, providing a personalized experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment like deep fryers, slicers, and more.

• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company‑paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience, preferably line cook or prep cook.
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

• Active Serv Safe certification or similar qualifications.
• Familiarity with POS software.
• Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to speak and understand Korean is preferred.
