Position OverviewThis position is expected to develop proficiency of basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads under the direction of the Manager, consistently processing all customer transaction requests, and identifying opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values, and may be required to work at various locations within the market.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Promote the sales process by greeting customers, identifying their service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
- Make appropriate recommendations for the sale and cross‑sale of bank products and services, and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
- Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Use FNB‑approved branch technology to input and maintain accurate data for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
- Measure and complete the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risks encountered daily, in alignment with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures, a required component of all position descriptions.
