Overview
Senior Staff Software Engineer (Sr. Architect) — Loan Acquisition (Expertise in Angular & Ruby on Rails).
Location:
Ellicott City, MD / Indianapolis, IN / Irving, TX / Columbia, MD (Hybrid). Job Type: W2 Contract.
The Role
In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Angular and Ruby on Rails to develop innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that power our financial products and services.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance the customer experience and align with business objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop innovative, scalable, and secure solutions using Angular and Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that enhances customer experience and aligns with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Angular (v10+) with strong component-based design and state management expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of Ruby on Rails and related gems/ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Graph
QL (preferred), and microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Type Script, and JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience with Postgre
SQL or MySQL and familiarity with Active Record. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with significant expertise in Angular and Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in Angular (v10+) with strong component-based design and state management.
- Advanced knowledge of Ruby on Rails and associated gems/ecosystem.
