Job Description:

We are seeking a Per Diem Childcare Floater to support our classrooms on an as-needed basis. This role will involve providing care and support across all age groups, including Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers. The ideal candidate will embrace our Christian values and be passionate about fostering a caring and nurturing environment for young children.

• Assist lead teachers in the Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as needed.
• Provide supervision and support for children during daily activities, promoting a Christian-based atmosphere.
• Support the implementation of curriculum, classroom activities, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain a loving, respectful, and positive environment for all children.
• Assist with routine tasks such as feeding, diapering, and transitions between activities.
• Encourage social, emotional, and spiritual growth through faith-based activities.
• Communicate effectively with staff, children, and parents.
• Promote a safe and clean classroom environment, following all center guidelines and protocols.

• Experience in childcare or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A heart for children and a passion for supporting their faith and development.
• Ability to work in various classroom settings and remain adaptable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to obtain background checks and any required certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.).
• A willingness to integrate Christian values and teachings into everyday interactions.
