Your day starts with a goal and ends with a scoreboard. You’ll be in the field across Connecticut, knocking doors, researching opportunities, talking directly with homeowners, analyzing their needs, qualifying prospects, and building your own sales pipeline. You’ll move quickly, juggle conversations and appointments, track activity in the CRM, and turn qualified opportunities into closed solar deals. You’ll work independently, but you won’t work without support
- Sales leadership is there to help you sharpen your approach and win. This role rewards people who are thorough with the details, aggressive about taking action, comfortable with pressure, and disciplined enough to follow the process while constantly looking for a better way to execute.
