Journeyman Electrician

Base pay range: $35.00/hr – $45.00/hr

Position Overview:

We are looking for talented, hardworking CT or MA licensed electricians to work in all business areas. Ideal candidates will be reliable with at least two years of experience and outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Troubleshoot, install, replace, and maintain electrical systems and components (wiring, control, and lighting systems) in both single and three‑phase scenarios including new and old work.
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams, inspect electrical components (e.g., transformers and circuit breakers), identify electrical problems with various testing devices.
• Use hand tools and power tools to repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, run all types of conduit.
• Perform all work to the latest National Electric Code and OSHA standards.

• CT: E1 or E2 License
• MA:
  Journeyman License
• Both CT & MA license preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Quality minded, ensuring that safety and productivity standards are met.
• Ability to use common hand tools.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Energy Efficiency, Solar, or EV Charging Station experience helpful but not required.

$35.00 – $45.00 per hour
