• DDS or DMD from an ADA‑approved dental institution
• Active Mississippi dental license or qualification post‑graduation
• Up‑to‑date CPR and BLS credentials
• Background in clinical settings or private practice, whether entry‑level or established
• Excellent skills in verbal and written professional interactions

• Initial‑year salary assurance of $205,000 or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is higher
• From the second year, compensation at 31% of adjusted production
• $20,000 sign‑on incentive
