Part-Time Housekeeping & Operations; Janitorial

In this role, you will ensure a safe and clean environment in all areas of the store. You will perform daily store cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently and complete operational processes as needed to provide an excellent customer experience.

• Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's standards and procedures.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies, placing orders when needed, and ensure proper storage and rotation.
• Complete required training for chemical handling, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the team.
• Support operations team with product receiving, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment when necessary.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and offering assistance.

• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating needs and resolving issues.

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience in customer-facing retail or service industries.

Pay starts at $15.25 per hour.
