At Rainforest Head Spa, the front desk is where our business grows. You’re the first and last person every guest sees, and you’re the one who turns a great first visit into a regular client. Rainforest Head Spa is a traditional head spa with locations in Ellisville and Cottleville Missouri. Our treatments are built around relaxation and scalp health, and our guests come back because of how we make them feel, from booking to the checkout.

• Grow guest relationships: rebook guests at checkout so their next visit is on the calendar before they leave
• Recommend with confidence: match guests to the right services, membership packages, and take home product routines.
• Sell gift cards, memberships, and retail products: especially around holidays and promotions
• Own the guest experience: a warm welcome, a smooth check-in, and a checkout that ends with a plan for next time
• Keep the book full: handle calls, texts, and bookings so our service providers stay busy with treatments
• Process payments and sales in our CRM, and complete your opening or closing checklist.

• 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rotation across both Ellisville and Cottleville MO Locations
• Events sometimes run outside of these hours.

• Dependable, organized, and comfortable learning booking systems and flows
• Sales, retail, hospitality, salon, or spa experience is a strong plus. Every new hire completes training.
• Rainforest Head Spa is St. Louis’s first dedicated head spa. We’re a treatment center built entirely around the viral head spa experience, with locations in Ellisville and Cottleville serving St. Louis County and St. Charles County.
• Our philosophy is simple: just as plants can’t thrive in poor soil, hair can’t flourish without a healthy scalp. Most people spend years trying to fix their hair. We go to the roots. Every service is built on our signature 10 step scalp care process, with all natural products, and treatments like Hydrate ,
  Detox , and Grow that deeply cleanse, detoxify, and rejuvenate from the scalp up.

Our spaces are designed to feel like you're stepping into a rainforest, and our team’s job is to make every guest feel known from the first phone call to the moment they leave with their next visit booked. Our care doesn’t end when the treatment does.
