Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Roofing Repair Technician with experience in both shingle roofing and flat roofing, including TPO. The ideal candidate will perform various repairs as directed in work orders, as well as perform post installation inspections for quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform repairs on shingle and flat roofs, including TPO.
- Diagnose leaks in roofs and properly repair them as needed.
- Execute work orders provided by production.
- Manage and maintain a work schedule efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Provide thorough documentation of repairs in the CRM including before, during, and after photos.
- Proven experience in roofing repair, particularly with shingle and flat roofs (TPO experience required).
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain and create schedules.
- Ability to diagnose and repair roof leaks accurately.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Valid driver’s license to be able to operate company vehicle.
