Your Role:Pre-Construction Manager
As a Project Manager & Estimator, you'll lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring every build is on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations. You'll be responsible for estimating, project setup, cost tracking and ongoing communication with clients and internal teams. You'll also help drive systems for repeatable success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop accurate budgets and scopes of work
- Collaborate with Preconstruction and Design teams to ensure alignment
- Recommend vendors and subs who match project goals and budget
- Support in standardizing estimating systems and cost code tracking
- Manage day-to-day field and office operations across multiple jobs
- Monitor schedule, cost, quality and safety to deliver successful outcomes
- Coordinate labor, material, subcontractors and equipment (LMSE) efficiently
- Review RFIs, submittals, and perform ongoing quality control
- Create and maintain project logs, RSSB reports and updates
- Serve as primary client contact once construction begins
- Lead job kickoff, site meetings, and weekly progress check-ins
- Coordinate handoffs, milestones, and final walkthroughs with precision
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential & commercial construction
- 2+ years of estimating experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling tools and estimating software
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with on-the-ground details
