Site Clinical Supervisor

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Ellsworth, Maine
• Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday
• Licenses/Certifications: LCSW or LCPC
• Education: Master’s degree in a human services or related field
• Experience: Five years of clinical and supervisory experience

Provide direct client services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, while maintaining a caseload as required.

Supervise and support the clinical and administrative staff, including conducting regular team meetings, offering training and development opportunities, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Oversee the overall integrity of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Maintain an independent clinical licensure and be accountable for the quality and continuity of services delivered at the site.

• Independent clinical licensure as an LCSW or LCPC.
• Master’s degree in a human service or related field.
• Minimum of five years of clinical and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
