• Serve and sell to customers while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and systems.
• Make the most of shift time, consistently seeking information about wireless innovations.
• Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

• Customer Satisfaction – passionate customer advocate with desire to connect and have fun with customers; effective at balancing experience and performance goals. (Required)
• Team Building – desire to be part of the game‑changing T‑Mobile store team; willing to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving issues. (Required)
• Retail Sales – competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. (Required)

Hourly Base Pay: $19.00
Annualized Incentive Target: $9,360
All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Eligible employees receive an annual stock grant.
