Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

• Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules in compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Support external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing necessary documentation
  
  Partner with operations and client service teams to ensure accuracy in revenue recognition and expense reporting
• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to support leadership decisions
• The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA track preferred
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in financial services, public accounting, or a similar fast‑paced environment
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
