This is a lean team of bright and driven accounting professionals and seeking expertise as well as a “do‑er” mentality, as an integral member of the accounting team, you’ll play a key role in high‑impact work.
Responsibilities- Serve as a financial expert for company leaders on topics ranging from transportation costs to R&D investment
- Own month‑end close assignments from recording to reporting
- Provide expertise for financial planning, forecasting and performance tracking
- Prepare and review high‑level financial statements and reports
- Create clear, actionable reports that inform decision‑making
- Shape the future of finance in a modernizing industrial supply business
- CPA license preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in industry or public accounting
- Subject matter expertise in accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills – able to clearly explain complex or ambiguous data
- Experience with SQL preferred
