- Bidding, selling, and marketing E&K’s services and products, including monitoring market and technical trends.
- Estimating on selected projects to determine final material, labor, and subcontractor costs used in the creation of a proposal.
- Setting up projects through the incorporation of all pertinent data needed for completion.
- Reviewing and monitoring construction documents and contacts before, during, and at completion of a project.
- Ensures correct, timely, and complete information is sent to other departments on all projects.
- Establishing qualified subcontractor bids and scope in determining contracts.
- Manage and coordinate current projects by documenting and interacting with other departments and clients for proper progress of jobs.
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
- Conform to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Office EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. No PPE is required.
Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal or no travel required.
