Operations Manager, Estimator
Responsibilities
- Bidding, selling, and marketing E&K’s services and products, including monitoring market and technical trends.
- Estimating on selected project to determine final material, labor, and subcontractor costs to be used in the creation of a proposal.
- Setting up projects through the incorporation of all pertinent data needed for completion of a project.
- Reviewing and monitoring construction documents and contacts before, during, and at completion of a project.
- Ensures correct, timely, and complete information is sent to other departments on all projects.
- Establishing qualified subcontractor bids and scope in determining contracts.
- Manage and coordinate current projects by documenting and interacting with other departments and clients for proper progress of jobs.
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
- Conform to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to read and understand construction documents.
- Knowledge of Windows Application, including Microsoft Office and Estimating software.
