CWF Restoration is a fast-growing property restoration company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Chicagoland area. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from approved scope through completion.
This is a high-volume, customer-facing role for someone who understands construction, can manage multiple projects at once, and knows how to keep customers, subcontractors, and internal teams moving in the same direction.
What You’ll Do:- Manage reconstruction projects from approved scope through final completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, scheduling, and project timelines
- Review scopes of work and ensure repairs are completed accurately
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project
- Conduct site visits and monitor project quality and progress
- Address project issues, changes, and customer concerns as they arise
- Coordinate required documentation, approvals, and customer signatures
- Assist with payment collection and project closeout
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects meet CWF Restoration’s standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service
Restoration or insurance reconstruction experience is strongly preferred.
What We’re Looking For:- Previous construction or reconstruction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Comfortable managing subcontractors and holding projects accountable to schedule
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Chicagoland area
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Monday-Friday schedule
